South Kitsap High School was a member of the Narrows League since its beginning in 1981. The Narrows League contained some of the largest and most respected schools-- in athletics and academics-- in the state of Washington, and was one of the most potent and competitive leagues in any classification. Home to schools from four Washington State counties (Pierce, Kitsap, Mason, and Thurston), the Narrows League regularly sent its teams to regional, district, and state playoffs in all sports. The Narrows League folded in 2016.
